One day as Servicemanager…
In my current role the daily operation of the already implemented functions is at my priority one. As over 7000 End Users rely on the proper function of the Now Platform. Even if it’s the priority one it does not consume most of my time, thanks to the former implementation project and it’s team.
The most intensive and time consuming part is the contribution and collaboration with the involved process owners and their experts to implement and further improve the supported processes on the Platform. To take up, evaluate and prioritize all the incoming demands is just the small part. It is to recognize the connection between all of them and to maintain the integrity of the whole implementation at the same time.
At the end of the day it is also at me to make the achieved value visible to everyone who is not in all the processes as deep as the experts are.
